"So, dear public-
The Mechanics at Northwest are really reamed in the ass. Why? The propsal, which is up for vote, has clauses where....
1) the scabs get to stay at their job. So they are rewarded for scabbing. They may have just a few years senoirty.
2) they don't get 16 weeks of severance, they get 4.

there is more.

can you imagine working at someplace for 19 yrs and getting laid off? Your senority doesn't count and your job is replaced by those who worked a few years and scabbed, and contract workers who have 'connections'.
